Filing An Appeal

If the Social Security Administration denies your claim for disability benefits, we will take care of the paperwork to file your appeal, and gather evidence to show that the decision to deny you benefits was wrong. Sometimes, the Social Security Administration failed to consider all of your impairments, or they did not recognize how demanding your jobs were, or they did not know that the reason you stopped your medical treatment is because you lost your insurance. These can be important factors in the disability determination and should be presented in the appeal.
