Professional

I started my journey in computers as a hardware technician and pc support engineer. I was intrigued by these tiny boxes and how they could manipulate and communicate information from one country to the next and only be connected via cables and boxes. After a brief sabbatical , I returned to my homeland and took up a junior development role at a Pathology Laboratory in Johanessburg. A self-taught polyglot , I enjoy going through tutorials and skill challenges. At the rate the digital world changes, you can never know all there is about it and need to keep up to date with changing technologies.

User Experience

Being an engineer at heart, I love to create solutions to craft a solution that was merely a thought in someone’s head and then transitioned into something tangible and meaningful that can provide a service or solution that can change a person’s life is truly remarkable. I intend to help people by leveraging my professional UX skills to make meaningful and intuitive user experiences in the digital world we live in.

Charity

I devote some of my spare time to helping out worthy causes through https://www.catchafire.org/

Hobbies

If you can’t find me at my computer, I’m either swimming, cooking, or watching a new tutorial on Udemy or LinkedIn Learning!I love taking trips to the Kruger National Park in Mpumalanga and just taking a timeout from technology and the buzz of normal life. Nature has a way of rejuvinating the soul like nothing else.
